Homeowners’ Association Board and Officers met , May 2003 at 7:15
p.m. in the home of Steve Gileta.
Members present:

Meeting

Steve Gileta discussed Silo Court
drainage issue between 2 residents and common area. Board agreed to pay 1/3 of
$700 price for repair.

Lisa Rice was invited to board after
showing interest in joining the board.

Fred Roberts called person from last
year to do bush hogging.

Albert Grassley to send out Dues notices

Discussion on vacant seat for board
member and officer

Playground: Talked about getting
estimates for a new pavilion at the playground with $10,000.00 budget. motion
light was discussed to help prevent vandalism.

Discussed having picnic tables under
pavilion at playground. Grill was tabled for later.

Steve Gileta to call city about light at
park.

Block party suggested by Gayle marks
to be held in September. Gayle Marks, Nancy Grassley and Lisa Rice offered to
coordinate.

Discussed dealing with complaints from
homeowners. At least 2 board members to participate. Steve Gileta and 1 board
member

June meeting established June 16, 2003
at 7:15pm at Grassley's home.

Voted to have yard of the month club
with gift certificate for members. measure passed by all members.
